Strength & stability is a class that focuses on enhancing the overall strength and stability of the body to enhance overall athletic performance and long-term athletic development. Emphasizing proper mechanics of basic movement patterns, each session focuses on building core strength and improving stability through targeted exercises. Participants can expect a balanced approach that not only enhances technique but also increases overall strength at all ranges of motion, promoting injury prevention and optimizing athletic capabilities over time.
